Twinning in Leicester
The City of Leicester European Twinning Association (CLETA) is a partnership between the City of Leicester and other membership organisations. It is a voluntary association which has the authority to give financial support to its members. Its president is the Lord Mayor. Its purpose is to facilitate contact between the citizens of Leicester, Strasbourg, Krefeld and Haskovo.
Membership is open to individuals who live in Leicester or to Leicester based schools, clubs, societies etc.
